Your 16-digit card number can be found at the back of your card.

Register your membership information via the SMAC website, Mobile App or the Customer Service Counter of any SM Store branch.
Upon registration, you can earn and pay with points.
How do I personalize my SMAC?
Just go to the Customer Service Counter of any SM Store branch and your name will be printed on your card within a few minutes.
Make sure your account is registered first.
