    Terms and Conditions
  • Members with unexpired SMAC Start, SMAC Blue, or SMAC Prestige are eligible to participate and play the MAX Voucher Claw game for free in the SMAC&SHOP app.
  • No store purchase is required to play.
  • MAX Voucher Claw game is available daily from October 1 to 31, 2026, all day with no specific play time slots.
  • Members may only play once (1x) per day during the play period. Once a member has played for the day, the game will be disabled. The member may play again the following day.
  • Unused plays are forfeited and will not be carried over to the following day.
  • After the play period, the MAX Voucher claw game will be disabled.
  • All plays are guaranteed to win a prize in the form of a MAX voucher, hot item, or SMAC Point.
  • Members may win a minimum of 1 point and up to 10,000 worth of Hot items or up to 50% OFF with ₱3,000 minimum spend
  • MAX vouchers may be used at participating stores, including stand-alone stores and participating departments/stores within department stores. Minimum purchase requirements apply.

    For the prize claiming;
  • MAX Vouchers with percentage discounts are redeemable within sixty (60)days from the end of the promo period. 
  • MAX Vouchers with peso-value discounts are redeemable within one (1) year from the date of issuance. 
  • Hot Items must be claimed/redeemed within sixty (60) days from the end of thepromo period, subject to the applicable prize claiming terms and conditions.
  • 1 / 5 point/s are credited to the member's account within the same day. 
  • For the HOT ITEMS winners
  • Prize claiming instructions are provided through a voucher, followed by a call and/or email, and via registered mail. Members may be asked to validate his registered details to claim the prize.
  • SMAC will call the winner within two (2) working days upon receipt of the winner’s details to confirm their preferred  Store branch and preferred date of visit.
  • The winner must visit the selected Store branch to acknowledge the prize and may opt to participate in a brief photo opportunity.
  • The winner must present a valid ID, the winning SMAC, and the prize notification in the SMAC&SHOP app.
  • Winners must acknowledge their prize within sixty (60) days from the date of the in-app notification.
  • For the Max voucher prizes, it will be awarded to the member's voucher wallet accessible through 'My Vouchers' page on the same day.
  • By participating in the campaign, the member agrees that all personal data submitted through their account may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, andused by SMAC in accordance with the program’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • SMAC reserves the right to use the member’s name and/or biographical information for promotional, advertising, marketing, and other purposes related to theShake & Win promo or the SMACtober campaign without additional compensation.
