  1. Raffle period is from July 1, 2026, 10:00 AM to July 20, 2026, 11:00 PM only.
  2. To join the raffle, interested participants must:
    A. Present and use their SMAC or SMAC Prestige upon purchase.
    B. Purchase any participating Spider-Man item from SM Fashion Kids Wear, Shoes, and Accessories from SM Store.
    C. Upon qualifying purchase, the receipt will generate a coupon indicating a link to join the raffle.
    D. Complete the SMAC Form with the following details: SMAC Card  Number, Full Name of the registered SMAC cardholder, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Registered Mailing Address.
    E. Each customer is entitled to one (1) raffle entry per qualified transaction.
  3. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in disqualification of the entry.
  4. Deadline for submission of raffle entries is on July 20, 2026 at 11:00 PM.
  5. A total of eighty eight (88) SM Cinema e-tickets will be raffled off.
    A. Forty four (44) winners will be randomly selected to receive two (2) SM Cinema e-tickets to watch Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
    B. A participant may win only once. In the event that a participant is drawn more than once, only one (1) prize will be awarded. The duplicate entry will be voided and a new winner will be drawn.
    C. E-tickets are valid in all participating SM Cinemas nationwide.
    D. Each e-ticket admits one (1) person only.
  6. The electronic raffle draw will be held on July 24, 2pm at the SM Retail Headquarters, Sunrise Drive cor. Bayshore Ave., JW Diokno Blvd., Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
  7. Winners will be announced on July 25, 5pm via SM Kids’ Official Facebook Page.
    A. Winners will also be contacted via their registered mail, e-mail, mobile number, and/or Viber.
    B. Tickets can be redeemed starting July 25, 2026 until August 31, 2026
    C. Failure to use the e-ticket within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the prize in favor of the sponsor.
  8. E-tickets are transferable but not convertible to cash. Winners are responsible for the e-tickets upon receiving them via email.
  9. E-tickets are valid only until August 31, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
  10. Employees of SM Retail, SM Store, SMAC, Disney Philippines, partner agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
