How to Avail

1. Download and register on the SMAC&SHOP app
2. Present your virtual card number or provide your SMAC number upon transaction with SMDC agent

SMAC Points will be awarded to buyers/members upon successful payment of each milestone: spot downpayment (DP) and spot cash payment.
Each milestone is a separate points earning event, subject to payment validation and posting based on SMDC's sales and accounting process.
SMAC Points earned from the Reservation Fee will not be deducted from or offset against points earned from the spot DP and spot cash payment.
Buyers will be issued a FREE SMAC or SMAC Prestige membership through a nomination process for card distribution.
All non-SMAC members must download and register on the SMAC&SHOP app to be eligible for points awarding.
Exclusive vouchers will be awarded to SMAC members who have newly purchased a residential unit from SMDC and have previously downloaded or
newly downloaded the SMAC&SHOP app.
Verification of the member's SMAC membership and confirmed SMDC unit purchase are required prior to voucher issuance.
The Welcome Voucher is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and may only be used by the eligible member.
