By participating in this promo, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Open only to active SMAC members who successfully complete the official campaign sign-up form.
• Each member may participate once only, regardless of the number of SMAC accounts owned or used.
• The use, sharing, or creation of multiple, fictitious, or unauthorized accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

2. General Promo Rules

• This promo cannot be combined with any other promo, discount, voucher, coupon, or offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• All SMAC Points awarded under this promo are:
• non-transferable; and
• not convertible to cash, credit, or any other benefit.
• Digital Advantage Corp. (“DAC”) reserves the right to reject, deny, or disqualify any participant or transaction that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or non-compliant with these Terms.
• This promo is subject to:
• SMAC membership terms; and
• PGA Insurance policy terms, approval processes, and underwriting guidelines.
• DAC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, extend, shorten, or terminate the promo at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions of DAC relating to eligibility, validation, and awarding of points are final, binding, and conclusive.

3. How to Earn SMAC Points

Step 1: Sign Up (20 SMAC Points)

• Complete and submit the official campaign sign-up form.
• Provide accurate information and consent to data processing and sharing for promo purposes.
• Receive 20 SMAC Points upon successful validation.
• Only one sign-up per unique SMAC member will be recognized.

Step 2: Purchase a PGA Insurance Plan (Earn up to 180 SMAC Points per Approved Policy)

• Purchase an eligible PGA Insurance plan on or before July 31, 2026.
• Step 1 must be completed prior to purchase.
• To qualify:
• The policy must be fully paid; and
• The policy must be approved and issued by PGA Insurance.
• Earn up to 180 SMAC Points per approved policy, subject to DAC validation.

4. Crediting of SMAC Points

• Points will be credited within thirty (30) days after validation.
• All purchase-based rewards will be based on official records provided by PGA Insurance, as validated by DAC.
• DAC reserves the right to withhold, adjust, reverse, or cancel points in case of:
• discrepancies or validation issues;
• suspected fraud or abuse;
• duplicate or invalid transactions; or
• non-compliance with these Terms.
• DAC shall not be obligated to award points for transactions that cannot be fully validated.

5. Policy Cancellation, Refunds, and Invalid Transactions

• If an insurance policy is:
• cancelled, rescinded, or lapsed;
• refunded (in full or in part);
• not fully paid; or
• subsequently determined to be invalid or ineligible,

DAC reserves the right to revoke, reverse, or forfeit the corresponding SMAC Points, even if such points have already been credited.

6. System, Technical, and Processing Limitations

• DAC shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or error in participation, validation, or points crediting due to:
• system errors or glitches;
• incorrect or incomplete data submission;
• network, server, or connectivity issues; or
• delays or inaccuracies in third-party systems, including SMAC or PGA Insurance systems.
• In the event of any system error, DAC reserves the right to correct, adjust, or cancel any affected entries or points awarded, including those already credited.

7. Data Privacy

By participating, the participant consents to the collection, use, processing, and sharing of personal data by DAC and PGA Insurance solely for promo administration, validation, fulfillment, and audit, in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Disputes

• PGA Insurance is responsible for insurance-related matters, including:
• policy application, approval, and issuance;
• coverage; and
• claims.
• DAC shall not be responsible for any decisions made by PGA Insurance regarding policies or claims.

9. Other Provisions

• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.
• DAC’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
