How to Avail

Renew your SMAC at the Customer Service Counter inside any SM Store
Activate your new SMAC via SMS as indicated in the SMAC Kit
Upon activation, link your new SMAC to the SMAC&SHOP app within seven (7) days.
Download and register on the SMAC&SHOP app: http://bit.ly/DownloadSMACnSHOPApp
Go to Manage Cards > Click Link Card > Input your 16-digit SMAC number > Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
Once linked, a 26 SMAC Points voucher will appear in your Voucher tab within five (5) days.
Tap Get Points to have them credited to your account within the day.

The promo is valid for expiring and expired cards that are renewed within the grace period of three (3) months after the date of card expiration.
Process and Terms of the SMAC renewal are based on the Terms & Conditions of the SMAC Program as published in smac.ph.

To receive the 26 SMAC Points, the SMAC card must be linked via the SMAC&SHOP app within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Upon successful linking, the SMAC Points voucher will be available in the SMAC&SHOP app within five (5) calendar days
The member must claim the SMAC Points voucher within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
SMAC Points are not convertible to cash.
In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
