How to Avail

  1. Present your SMAC, SMAC Prestige, or SMAC QR on the SMAC&SHOP app upon booking, registration or payment at the chosen outlet or attraction. 
  2. Submit your raffle entry by scanning the QR code or going to this link: https://form.jotform.com/253270822087053- to register your name, number, email address, and SMAC number. Upload a photo of your receipt with a minimum P10,000 accumulated spend on the same registration form.

  • To earn a raffle entry to the Okada Holiday Rewards Raffle, member must reach a minimum P10,000 accumulated spend at any participating outlet and attraction during the promo period:

  • Member must submit their raffle entry by completing the registration form and uploading a photo of their receipt showing that they meet the minimum spend. 
  • Only individuals 18 years old and above with an unexpired SMAC can submit an entry. 
  • SMAC members must have a registered account.
  • Winner/s will be drawn on April 16, 2026.
  • Winner will be notified by SMAC via social media posting or registered mail. 
  • Prizes are not convertible to cash.
  • Winner/s of SMAC Points will have their points credited to their registered account.
  • Only one submission per qualified entry is allowed. Multiple submission of the same entry will be grounds for disqualification.
