All members with a linked SMAC on the SMAC&SHOP app before the play period are eligible to participate. 

New members who link their SMAC on the SMAC&SHOP app within the play period are also eligible to participate.

The promo is extended to existing and new SMAC Prestige members who link their SMAC Prestige cards on or during the play period.

Eligible members may spin the digital roulette once (1x) per day from December 14 to 25, 2025.

• All spins are guaranteed a prize.

• Once a member has played for the day, the “Play Now” button will be disabled. The member may play again the following day.

• Unused plays are forfeited and will not be carried over to the next day.

• After the play period, the digital roulette feature will be disabled. Members may continue to view their prizes under “My Prizes” until February 28, 2026.

For Prize claiming:

• 1 SMAC Point and 10 SMAC Points prizes will be credited to the member's account within the same day.

• 10,000 SMAC Points and 100,000 SMAC Points,

Prize claiming notifications will be sent through an in-app pop-up notification, followed by a call and/or email, and via registered mail.

SMAC will call the winner within two (2) working days from the in-app notification to confirm their preferred SM Store branch and preferred date of visit.

The winner must visit the selected SM Store branch to acknowledge the prize and may opt to participate in a brief photo opportunity.

The winner must present a valid ID, the winning SMAC, and the prize notification in the SMAC&SHOP app.

SMAC will credit the prize to the winner’s SMAC account within two (2) working days after the date of prize acknowledgment at the store.

 Winners must acknowledge their prize within sixty (60) days from the date of the in-app notification.

DAC will shoulder the 20% tax applicable to the 100,000 SMAC Points prize.

By participating in the campaign, the member agrees that all personal data submitted through their account may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and used by SMAC in accordance with the program’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

SMAC reserves the right to use the member’s name and/or biographical information for promotional, advertising, marketing, and other purposes related to the 12 Days of Christmas campaign without additional compensation.
