How to Avail

  1. Log-in to your GlobeOne app account.​
  2. Go to the “Rewards” tab from the dashboard.​
  3. Choose “50+10 SMAC Points” / “SMAC50+10” from the Rewards Catalog.​
  4. Click “Redeem” to confirm the redemption.
  5. Click ‘View My Voucher Pocket’ to reveal your voucher code and tap to copy it.
  6. Log in to your SMAC account at smac.ph to use the voucher.
  7. Click on “Vouchers” from the dashboard & paste the voucher code.​
  8. Click on “Claim” to confirm the redemption and “Finish” to end the transaction.​

  • Promo is open to SMAC Start, SMAC, and SMAC Prestige members with a Globe Rewards account.
  • The voucher code sent via SMS from the GlobeOne app must be entered on the SMAC website.
  • SMAC Points will be credited to the member’s SMAC account 24 hours upon claiming them on the website.
  • There will be no limit on points conversion provided that Globe Rewards members have sufficient Globe Rewards points.
  • Conversion of Globe Rewards points to other SMAC accounts is not allowed.
  • Reversal of SMAC Points converted from Globe Rewards is not allowed.
  • Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupons.
  • Vouchers can be claimed on the SMAC website until September 30, 2025.
