How to Avail

  1. Sign in to your GlobeOne app account.
  2. Click on the “Rewards” tab.
  3. Select the SMAC15 offer and click “Redeem”.
  4. Wait for the confirmation notification, along with a message from 4438 containing the unique code.
  5. Copy the unique code, access the SMAC website, and follow these steps:
    • Log in to your SMAC account.
    • Click on the “Vouchers” tab.
    • Paste or encode the unique code and click on “Add”.
    • The voucher will appear in the “Available” tab.
    • Click on “Claim” to redeem the points.

  • Program is open to all SMAC Start, SMAC, and SMAC Prestige members with GlobeOne app account.
  • Members can convert 20 Globe Rewards Points to 15 SMAC Points through the GlobeOne app.
  • There is no limit to the points conversion provided that members have enough Globe Rewards points balance.
  • Awarding of SMAC Points will be credited to the member’s account 24 hours upon claiming in the website.
  • Reversal of SMAC Points converted from Globe Rewards is not allowed.
  • Globe Rewards Points used to convert to SMAC Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, or cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
  • Redeemed points are not convertible to cash or credit.
  • Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promos, discounts, or coupons.
