How to Avail

  1. Log in to smac.ph. 
  2. Locate and click the AirAsia banner in the homepage. 
  3. On the conversion page, enter your AirAsia Rewards Member ID and select the amount of SMAC Points to be converted. 
  4. Enter the one-time pin (OTP) sent via SMS. 
  5. A confirmation screen will appear once the transaction has been completed. 
  6. AirAsia points will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
