How to Avail

  • PAL Website 
  1. Visit the PAL website at https://miles.philippineairlines.com/ 
  2. Locate and click on the SMAC logo. 
  3. Log into your Mabuhay Miles account using your Mabuhay Miles membership number or registered email address, along with your password (the same one used for the Mabuhay Miles app). 
  4. Use the slider to select the amount of Mabuhay Miles you wish to claim as SMAC points. Provide your SMAC number in the designated field. 
  5. Review the transaction summary and click "Confirm" once details are accurate.
  6. Enter the provided OTP to finalize the transaction.
  7. A confirmation screen will appear once the transaction has been completed. You may also choose to save your SMAC number at this point.
  8. SMAC points will immediately be credited.

  3. SMAC points will be credited within 5 to 7 business days.
