How to Avail

  1. Log-in to your PLDT Home Rewards Crystals account.
  2. Click the “Redeem Now” link from the homepage to go to the Rewards catalog.
  3. Select SMAC to convert your PLDT Home Rewards Crystals.
  4. Upon successful conversion, a unique voucher code will be displayed
  5. Go to smac.ph/SMACWebsite/VouchersMain.aspx to enter the unique voucher code and claim your 130 SMAC Points.
  6. Once you have claimed the voucher on the SMAC website, points are credited within 24 hours.

  • Promo is open to SMAC Start, SMAC, and SMAC Prestige members with PLDT Home Rewards account.
  • The voucher code from the PLDT website needs to be inputted to the SMAC website.
  • The voucher is valid until September 30, 2024 (6 months upon redemption from the PLDT website).
  • Points will be credited to the SMAC account within 24 hours after the voucher has been redeemed.
  • There will be no limit on points conversion provided that PLDT Home Rewards members have enough PLDT Home Rewards Crystals balance.
  • Conversion of PLDT Home Rewards Crystals to other SMAC accounts is allowed.
  • Reversal of SMAC points converted from PLDT Home Rewards Crystals is not allowed.
  • SMAC and SMAC Prestige Cards with the old design are still valid for this promo.
