How to Avail

Get EXTRA 50 SMAC points per transaction when you convert your Mabuhay Miles to SMAC points. To convert your Mabuhay Miles to SMAC points:

1. Call any of the Mabuhay Miles Hotline numbers (open 24/7):

    • USA / Canada - 1 800 435 9725 (Tollfree)

2. Provide your Mabuhay Miles number, SMAC number, and number of Mabuhay Miles to be converted. SMAC Points will be credited within 5 to 7 working days.

Get EXTRA 50 Mabuhay Miles per transaction when you convert your SMAC points to Mabuhay Miles. To convert your SMAC points to Mabuhay Miles:

  1. Log-in to smac.ph.
  2. Click on Mabuhay Miles.
  3. Key in your Mabuhay Miles number.
  4. Select the number of points to be converted.
  5. Confirm via OTP sent to your email or mobile number.

Members who converted during the conversion period will be entitled to access an exclusive PAL seat sale with up to 20% discount on bookings from April 17 to 30, 2023.

Qualified members will receive a unique promo code via email that they can use to book on the PAL website.

    • SMAC points or Mabuhay Miles are awarded per transaction. 1 transaction = EXTRA 50 SMAC points or Mabuhay Miles.
    • EXTRA SMAC points will be credited to the member’s SMAC account 7 business days after the end of the conversion period.
    • Bonus Mabuhay Miles will be credited to the member’s Mabuhay Miles account 5 to 7 business days after the end of the conversion period.
    • The unique Promo code for the exclusive seat-sale is for one-time use only and will be provided to qualified members via email. SMAC and Mabuhay Miles Members should have a valid email address to receive the promo code.
    • One (1) unique promo code will be provided per member.
    • Travel period is from June 16, 2023 onwards except for the US and Canada. Travel period for the US and Canada is from September 18, 2023 onwards.
