How to Avail

Request to renew your SMAC online at smacmycard.smadvantage.com/renewal.
Proceed to the cashier or Customer Service Counter located inside The SM Store or via Call to Deliver at #143SM (#14376).
Present your old SMAC together with a valid government-issued ID and pay the renewal fee of P200.
For renewal via smac.ph, follow the following steps:

Log in to your account at smac.ph/login.aspx and click on the Extend Your Membership banner.
Click on the Renew Now button at the renewal subscription page.
Click on the Choose Payment Method button to proceed to checkout.
Select the preferred payment method and click on the Proceed Payment button.
Fill out the required details to proceed. An e-mail confirmation with payment details and electronic OR will be sent to the registered email address for successful transaction.

The 25 bonus points are valid for members who renew their SMAC.
If you can't renew your SMAC membership yourself, you can send a representative along with the following requirements:
- Signed authorization letter
- Photocopies of your and your representative's one (1) valid government-issued ID each
- Your old SMAC
Bonus points will be credited 15 working days after successful renewal.
All unused SMAC points will expire 90 days after the expiration of the membership. Points that have not been redeemed before expiration are automatically forfeited.
If SMAC is renewed before the expiration date, all unused points will be transferred to your new SMAC.
For renewal via smac.ph:
- Members must have a SMAC online login account.
- The payment mode available is only via Credit Card.
- Promo is valid for SMAC accounts that are expired and expiring in sixty (60) days.
- Promo is not valid on SMAC Start Card, SMAC Prestige Card, and other sub loyalty card programs.
