Here are ways to earn raffle entries: 

1. Convert PAL Mabuhay Miles to SMAC Points

1. PAL Website 
   1. Visit the PAL website at www.philippineairlines.com and select Mabuhay Miles.
   2. Navigate to “Redeeming Miles” and choose the “Non-Flight” option.
   3. Locate and click on the SMAC logo. 
   4. Log into your Mabuhay Miles account using your Mabuhay Miles membership number or registered email address, along with your password (the same one used for the Mabuhay Miles app). 
   5. Use the slider to select the amount of Mabuhay Miles you wish to claim as SMAC Points. Provide your SMAC number in the designated field. 
   6. Review the transaction summary and click "Confirm" once details are accurate. 
   7. Enter the provided OTP to finalize the transaction. 
   8. A confirmation screen will appear once the transaction has been completed. You may also choose to save your SMAC number at this point. SMAC Points will immediately be credited.
      
2. PAL Mabuhay Miles Hotline
   1. Call any of PAL Mabuhay Miles Hotline Numbers: 
   2. Provide your Mabuhay Miles number, SMAC number, and number of miles to convert.

2. Convert SMAC Points to PAL Mabuhay Miles

1. Log in to smac.ph. 
2. Click the PAL Mabuhay Miles banner in the homepage. 
3. Enter your Mabuhay Miles number and choose how many SMAC Points you want to convert.
4. Enter the 6-digit one-time pin (OTP) sent to your phone or email to confirm the transaction. 
5. A confirmation screen will appear once the conversion has been completed. PAL Mabuhay Miles will be credited within 24 hours. 

3. Convert Globe Rewards Points to SMAC Points  

1. If you've previously converted your Globe Rewards Points to SMAC Points in the GlobeOne app but haven't claimed it yet
1. Log in to your SMAC account.
2. Click on the “Vouchers” tab.
3. Paste or encode the unique code and click on “Add”.
4. The voucher will appear in the “Available” tab.
5. Click on “Claim” to redeem the points.
2. If you haven’t converted your Globe Rewards Points to SMAC Points
1. Sign in to your GlobeOne app account.
2. Click on the “Rewards” tab.
3. Select the SMAC100 offer and click “Redeem”.
4. Wait for the confirmation notification, along with a message from 4438 containing the unique code.
5. Use your unique code on the SMAC website to claim your points. 

4. Convert PLDT Home Rewards Crystals to SMAC Points

1. If you've previously converted your PLDT Home Crystals to SMAC Points in the PLDT Home Rewards portal but haven't claimed it yet
1. Log in to your SMAC account.
2. Click on the “Vouchers” tab.
3. Paste or encode the unique code and click on “Add”.
4. The voucher will appear in the “Available” tab.
5. Click on “Claim” to redeem the points.
2. If you haven’t converted your PLDT Home Crystals to SMAC points
1. Log in to your PLDT Home Rewards portal.
2. Access the dashboard to check the Crystals balance.
3. Select the SMAC100 offer and click “Redeem”.
4. Upon successful conversion, a unique SMAC voucher code will be displayed.
5. Copy the voucher code and use it on the SMAC website to claim your points. 

Terms & Conditions 

Qualification of Entries/Draw Date 

• Promo period is from December 3 to 31, 2024. 
• Each successful conversion is equivalent to one (1) e-raffle entry for the entire duration of the promo.  
• Members may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
• Only individuals 18 years old and above with an unexpired SMAC can submit an entry. 
• SMAC members must have a registered account. 
• Qualified SMAC members have a chance to win one (1) of twenty-five (25) roundtrip tickets for two (2) to select local destinations in the Philippines or one (1) of fifteen (15) roundtrip tickets for two (2) to select regional international destinations, both via Philippine Airlines.
• E-raffle draw will be held online via Microsoft Teams on January 14, 2025 under the guidance and supervision of a DTI representative.
• Verification and notification of winners will be done by SMAC (Digital Advantage Corporation).
• Information of winners of this campaign is subject to processing before posting.

Claiming of Prizes 

• Prizes will be awarded in the form of Mabuhay Miles, credited directly to the Mabuhay Miles account of the winning members. Each prize is equivalent to a roundtrip flight from Manila to the  winners' chosen destination.

• Winners will be notified by SMAC via social media posting or via registered mail.
• Winners must have a valid and active Mabuhay Miles account to credit the FREE Mabuhay Miles. Upon verification, Mabuhay Miles shall be credited to their account within thirty (30) working days.
• Winners must claim their prizes within ninety (90) days from the date of publication, announcement, or notification of winners, whichever comes last, within which to claim his/her prize.
• Upon successful crediting of the Miles, the winner can initiate the redemption of the Miles for a FREE flight once their membership has been verified and has passed through the PAL Mabuhay Miles KYC procedure.
• The FREE Mabuhay Miles will be equivalent/sufficient to the domestic destination or international destination chosen by the winner. One (1) RT Mabuhay Miles prize for one (1) destination per winner only. 
• Crediting of Miles is considered a valid PAL Mabuhay Miles activity. Therefore, the Miles will only expire if the winner has no activity within one year from the date the prize Miles are granted and will follow Mabuhay Miles Terms and Conditions of Usage.

  • Please be advised that in redeeming Miles for award ticket issuance, taxes and fees, such as those identified below are being collected from the passenger / paid by the passenger.
