- Member may only win once during the SMAC SNY 20 Raffle.
- Only individuals 18 years and above can submit an entry.
- E-raffle draw will be held online via Microsoft Teams on January 30, 2023, 10:00 AM under the guidance and supervision of a DTI representative.
- Three (3) back-up winners per brand/brand group will be drawn in case previously drawn winners are not eligible for the prize.
- Verification and notification of winners will be done by SMAC (Digital Advantage Corporation).
Claiming of Prizes
- Winners will be notified by SMAC via SMAC via social media posting, email, SMS and phone call. They will be notified of the crediting of the EXTRA SMAC Points into their accounts.
- Bonus points will follow the program expiration policies (every March of every year, points of the previous year will be expired for members with zero activity in the past calendar year)
- Promo will follow the program policy on eligible tenders for SMAC Points awarding.
- Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferable to other SMAC Account Numbers
Announcement of Winners
- Announcement of winners will be done on January 31, 2022. Name/s of the winners will also be posted on SMAC’s Official Facebook Page and other social media accounts.
Others:
- All employees of Digital Advantage Corporation, their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promotion.
- Promo organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.
